Letter of Recommendation
I am pleased to write this letter regarding Finest First Construction and the incredible staff that assisted me and my family during our claim with our insurance company. I first met Mr. Norman Sayeg when I invited him for an estimate for my damaged kitchen and breakfast area after my insurance company spoke very highly of them. He brought along his Supervisor, Raul. As they spoke, I immediately could the genuineness on wanting to help me with this situation. He and Raul walked through the process and told me what options were available. Norman, as a visionary, was able to offer me a couple design layout ideas in case I was interested. I had a couple of other companies provide estimates and Finest First fully blew them out of the water. I really felt Finest First was customer oriented and professional. My wife and I felt comfortable awarding the job to them and we do not regret this decision.
During each day of work on my kitchen, the team was always polite and made sure to clean up as best they could at the end of the day. Raul and his team worked diligently and always were available on any questions I had. During the process, Norman had my wife and I check out what type of countertops we wanted by showing us to a granite yard. Finest First really went above and beyond. They educated us on the types of countertops and the functionality of each, which I'm sure would not have been the case if we went with another company. After some shopping we made our countertop pick and it really pulled the kitchen together.
We are very pleased with the overall experience we received from Finest First . From the first estimate, to the last door handle that was placed in the cabinet, It was and absolute pleasure work with this company. I kept their number because as we keep going through renovations with our home, Finest First will be the first company we call. I strongly advise anyone who needs work done to reach out to them. I'm so thankful I did.
